Manufacturing Process

  • At present time the plastic P.P products are produced in one of most equipped plants ‎in the middle-east commissioned and joint ventured with Iran Damikar Co., Ltd ‎which enjoys modern technology with highly qualified experts.‎
     
  • All raw materials and parts used in production meet the requirements of local and ‎international stringent standards of ISRI (Iran) and ISO.‎
     
  • The assembling of plastic P.P products are under strict supervision by our staff and ‎in accordance with quality assurance. Random test of quality is always carried out at ‎the production site which ensures workability of the product by the end users.‎
     
  • All plastic P.P products are delivered in 40x40x80 Cm boxes for feeders and ‎‎40x40x50 Cm boxes drinkers. Other products i.e. equipment as sea-worthy wrapped ‎plastic covers then shipped in containers.


Products

Iran Damikar products are produced in two categories as follows :

  • Automatic or self-adjustable drinkers in five different types : Super Jambo, Zamzam, ‎Jamnoosh and Behnoosh.‎
  • Grain feeder in one type : Jam (simply a hanging feeder)‎
  • Chicken tray for 1-15 days old chickens
  • Chicken drinkers in 2.5 up to 3 liters capacity
  • Cage for Carrying chickens
  • Egg trays in different types


 1. ‎Breeding Utensils (Plastic P.P’s)‎

Super Jambo
the first ever drinking basin made in Iran which does not hang with a metal ring or ‎weight for balance.‎

Zamzam drinking basin
A new innovation at a global level. Water kept in a Zamzam basin stays pure and ‎clear like springs water.‎

Behnoosh drinking basin
The mechanism of this drinker is simply as the Zamzam. The difference is that the ‎waters pours down throught the wall of the drinker.‎

Jamnoosh drinking basin
a well recognized name in Poultry Farms in Iran and overseas. It works with a ‎balance weight fitted under the basin.‎

Favaran drinking basin
has a simple wear resistant mechanism.‎

Jam feeder
Its design is a shape in which grain does not scatter around.‎
‎White grain feeder
Simply feeding in two pieces design.‎

‎New born chichen drinking basin
‎2.5 to 3 liters capacity is designed for one day old chickerns and long life durability.‎

‎New born chichen feeding tray
Hygienic and non-scattering pattern.‎

Warranty

All of plastic P.P Iran Damikar’s products are under warranty for accessories and faulty ‎parts providable for a period of 24 months and absolutely free of charge and for ‎equipments this warranty is limited only for parts in a period of 18 months free of charge. ‎These warranties can be extended up to 5 years in certain agreements.‎
Iran Damikar herewith undertake the liability of supplying parts and accessories for a ‎maximum period of 10 years for any shipped order.‎
